On Sunday morning, 29 November 2025, the association participated in the Elmina Green 1 Children’s (EG1) Day Carnival as both the event sponsor and booth participant. The carnival was a lively community event that brought together Elmina Green 1 families, residents, and local entrepreneurs  in a joyful celebration.

The event attracted nearly 700 attendees, providing a valuable platform for engagement and outreach. Through our booth, the association promoted and sold products from our members, including traditional kuih, desserts, jamu, and flowers. The strong response from visitors reflected the quality of our members’ products and highlighted community support for women-led businesses.

In addition to sales activities, the association distributed informational flyers to raise awareness about our mission and encourage new membership. This initiative helped increase the association’s visibility and fostered connections with potential members and partners within the community.

Overall, the event was a great success, achieving both commercial and outreach objectives. It strengthened the association’s presence within the community while supporting our members’ entrepreneurial efforts. The Persatuan Wanita dan Peniagawati Denai Alam, Elmina & Subang (PWP-DES) looks forward to participating in more community events in the future as part of our continued commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and contributing positively to local communities.
